1. How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked online through our website, by calling the practice, or by sending us a WhatsApp message.
2. Do you accept walk-in patients?
Appointments are preferred to avoid waiting times, but we will try our best to assist walk-in patients when possible.
3. What are your practice hours?
Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
Saturday: 08:00 – 12:00
4. What should I do if I have a medical emergency?
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please go to your nearest Emergency Room immediately.

5. Do you accept medical aid?
Yes, we accept most medical aids. Please bring your medical aid card and ID to your appointment. DISCOVERY SMART OPTION IS NOT PART OF OUR NETWORK - WE ARE CURRENTLY BUSY TO BE PART OF THE NETWORK
6. Do you offer Discovery Vitality health checks?
Yes, Discovery Vitality health checks can be done at our practice.
7. Do you accept cash or card payments?
Yes, we accept both cash and card payments.

Our services include general medical consultations, chronic disease management, Discovery Vitality checks, repeat prescriptions, IV therapy, and general health assessments, AESTHETICS.
9. Can I get a repeat prescription without seeing the doctor?
Repeat prescriptions may be arranged WITH A TELEPHONIC CONSULTATION
10. Do you have a Lancet depot?
Yes, a Lancet depot is available at the practice for convenient blood tests.
11. What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring your ID, medical aid card, and any previous medical records if applicable.
12. How do I cancel or change my appointment?
Please contact the practice by phone or WhatsApp if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We are located across from Eldoraigne Village for easy access and parking.
